Description
The electrified mortise lock allows remote keyless access and egress control for heavy use applications where security and safety are critical. Common application includes stairwell doors, lobby entrances, computer rooms, classrooms and exteriors doors. Mortise locks maybe purchased as complete locks, chassis only.
Features
- Continuous duty solenoids allow for “continuously on” applications such as Fail Safe or an unlock
- Plug-in bridges rectifier that allows for an DC power source
- Field reversible handing (most models) (EU/EL reversible)
- Low current draw
- 1 year Warranty
Options
- Available Fail Safe ( Electrically Locked) or Fail Secure (Electrically Unlocked)
- Voltage options 12V or 24V (AC/DC)
- CRU2 – Current Reduction Unit to improve solenoid life in “continuously on”applications
- CRU2i – The intelligent CRU2 automatically detects AC or DC input voltage between
- 12 to 35 volts. It also adjust the current to the solenoid allowing the lockset to run cooler and last longer without any manual adjustment (must be used with our 12V modification)
- Request to Exit Switch (REX or AE)
- Door Position Monitor Switch (DPS)
- Latchbolt Monitor Switch (LBM)
- Deadbolt Monitor Switch (DBM)
Specifications
Operating Voltage : 12 or 24 VAC/DC (+or- 10%) must specify 12 or 24 volts when ordering)
Amperage : 12V + 700mA/25V = 350mA
Solenoid coil resistance : 12V = 18 ÷ 24V = 69 ÷
Power consumption : 8 watts
