Description

The 8000 Series is a heavy duty modern push bar design that offers two external surface styles: smooth device body (optional) and grooved device body (standard). The 8500 and 8600 Series feature a smooth device body. The 8700 and 8800 Series are grooved device bodies. These two styles feature rugged performance and elegant appearance. The two styles are uniform in dimensions and mechanical construction. The two different styles provide a choice for architects and end users. The String Doors and Hardware 8600/8800 series has a full line of heavy duty wide stile Panic and Fire Rated Exit hardware. This series is the perfect choice for safety, security, durability and modern appearance.

UL/CUL Listed: Listing for Panic Exit Hardware and 3 Hour rating for Fire Exit Hardware ANSI/BHMA Certified: Devices are A156.3 Grade 1.

APPLICATION :

8510S (smooth) /8710S (grooved) Narrow Design Panic Rated Rim Exit Devices are used for narrow stile aluminium door application. Narrow stile devices may also be used on wide stile doors for appearance.
8510F (smooth) /8710F (grooved) Narrow Design Fire Rated Rim Exit Device are used for listed fire labeled single doors up to 4 x 8″ (1219mm x 2438mm) or 8 x 8″ (2438mm x 2438mm) double with mullion.
